TO SIGN UP FOR ANY YOUTH PROGRAM

YOU MUST COMPLETE THESE 3 STEPS:

YOU MUST USE A DESKTOP COMPUTER TO COMPLETE THESE STEPS.

1.  Sign up for a FREE USTA membership
     – First Time Members: CLICK HERE to create a USTA parent account and then add your player

         under the “Family” section. 
     – Returning members: Sign up with your player’s USTA number that you already created. 

        CLICK HERE if you already have an account but don't know your USTA Number.

2.  Fill out the medical release and waiver form (click)

​3.  Complete Online Payment:    

     Enter the correct Team ID (found on each program page) and player’s USTA number into 

     Tennis Link and Register (click)
